We’re looking for a Senior Client Manager or Client Manager to join our growing team.

We are a fully integrated agency that develop ideas that entertain, excite, challenge, interest, attract and resonate with the individual, community and culture.

You will play an integral role within this growing team, helping to develop campaign strategies and plan media outreach activity along with managing the implementation of agreed activity. With a PR & Social synergy means working closely with the social team will of course naturally encourage and unite the PR and social/digital outreach of campaigns, therefore your current ability for both would be welcomed, though there is the opportunity to grow your skill set for social and digital if needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally 5+years plus experience in a PR/ Marketing/ Communications role
  • PR qualifications from the CIPR or PRCA are also highly valued.
  • Experience of directing PR accounts across a number of specialisms
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Excellent written/ oral and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of digital communications
  • Established ‘black book’ of key contacts (media, influencers etc) North & South
  • Proven track record in new business development, pitching, tendering and campaign success.
  • Positivity with a can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to hit the ground running are big plus points

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the needs of the client and their accounts
  • Managing your team and mentoring junior members of staff
  • Plan and implement impactful brand communication campaigns for clients across UK & Ireland
  • Develop and lead strategies from formulation through to execution aligning them with the client’s key objectives
  • Combine creativity with knowledge of the media to recognise media angles and generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media spectrum
  • Ability to write “journalist quality” press releases for print and online
  • Assist in the reporting, analysis and evaluation of all campaigns
  • Managing the needs of the client and their accounts
  • Sell ideas, promotions and features to clients and media
  • Delegate to junior consultants effectively and manage workloads
  • Fully participate in brainstorms and create workable programmes for new business and existing clients
  • Actively participate in new business development including proposal/tender writing, networking and pitching
  • Fulfilling the client’s key performance indicators and growing accounts
  • Financial management of the account which includes controlling costs, accurate estimating and invoicing, maximising revenue and generating new revenue streams
  • Must have use of own car and have a clean driving license

 

Salary: Neg, depending on experience
