Andy brings extensive experience gained in the food and retail sector, including five years spent as President and Chief Executive Officer of Asda, along with key roles held at Morrisons, Matalan, and Iceland. Andy also brings strong expertise in developing multi-brand retail businesses, along with experience of waste reduction and recycling, gained within the retail sector.

His appointment to Gander’s board marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey, as it prepares to embark on an ambitious growth phase and seeks to realise its vision of creating a better world through collaborative action and disruptive innovation.
